Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation (Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, you may:

  • Send us a clear statement of your decision by email or post.

Returning products
After notifying us of your decision, you have an additional 14 days to return the items.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and complete (packaging, labels, accessories, intact wax seal).
You are responsible for any depreciation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item.

Return costs
The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility, unless we inform you otherwise.
If we did not inform you of this responsibility before the purchase, the return costs will remain our responsibility.

Refund
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date we receive your notification.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method, and without additional fees.

Additional costs resulting from an express or specific delivery method chosen by you will not be refunded.

Exceptions
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

  • Items made according to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery

  • Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly

Sales outside the European Union
For orders delivered outside the European Union, return and refund conditions may differ.
The right of withdrawal provided by European legislation may not necessarily apply. Return costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
